Ben Franklin (BFTP) is a continued supporter of research and development of new skylight technology and business growth. Starting in 2004, funding from BFTP assisted Acurlite in developing a new system meeting standards for blast- and hurricane-resistant skylights.
In 2007, Acurlite was honored to receive the award for product innovation from BFTP for the implementation of new systems for new markets. Together, Acurlite and BFTP will continue
to develop innovative technologies and improve business performance.
