All products made by ACURLITE STRUCTURAL SKYLIGHTS, INC. (ACURLITE) are covered with a five year limited warranty.

The written warranty from Acurlite includes repair or replacement of skylights or skylight components which fail in materials or workmanship. Failures include but are not limited to structural failures, abnormal deterioration of metals, metal finishes, and other materials beyond normal weathering, uncontrolled leakage, sealant failure and failure of assemblies to meet performance requirements.

Glass warranty includes defective material, delaminating, seal failure, and defects in manufacture according to the glass manufacturer’s standard warranties.

There is a five year warranty against pitting, chipping, film integrity and fading for finishes.

The warranty does not cover the replacement of parts, accessories, or equipment required because of misuse, accident, alteration, negligence or lack of reasonable and proper installation or maintenance.

It does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the product or any parts, it does not cover labor costs to install the replaced part or equipment, nor does it cover delays or construction costs for late or damaged delivery or incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty does not cover the installation of products or damages incurred by the products performance or improper installation.
